Suzanne Hall – Principal, EY

Why is the EWF Sisterhood important to you and how was it influenced your leadership?

The EWF sisterhood has been an integral part of my professional and personal life. So many of my strongest bonds in the industry have roots back to the EWF. In the early 2000s, during my first CISO role, I was like a sponge soaking up knowledge from the most accomplished and smart women. I continue to gain energy and grow as I meet and collaborate with women in all stages of their career. This community has been my support team, my safe place and a place where I can give back to see others succeed and grow. I believe EWF gave me courage to take on new challenges and opportunities because I knew there are women out there that will support me and whom I can support right back.

I am a transformative leader.
