Why is the EWF Sisterhood important to you and how was it influenced your leadership?
“The EWF has given me a community of trust – I reach out to them when navigating change, or need a sounding board. I’ve had exposure to some amazing female leaders through this group – its helped me to see clearly, to trust my gut and to give clear feedback to my teams.”
I am a resilient leader.
