Why is the EWF Sisterhood important to you and how was it influenced your leadership?
“Multiple EWF programs have had a direct impact in me as a perceptive leader:
• By being a LIFT mentor for many years and taking advantage of the mentoring training
• By working with Linda Dolceamore and seeing the direct impact the Leadership Academy has on women advancing their careers
• By being directly involved in Rising Leaders Forum from the beginning and seeing what amazing talent there is in our younger members.”
I am a perceptive leader.
